History of our Group: where we come from, what future holds for us.

Cazzorla Group was born in 1920 and preserved in the years, thanks to the experience and guide lines passed from one generation to the other.
Thanks to its values, Cazzorla Group has become a reference point in the construction business and has gained the confidence and trust of all its partners, suppliers and other financial and commercial companies making business with them.

Main referee of the Group is the Surv. Vito Cazzorla.

The most "recent" history is dated back to 1950, when his father started the construction business. Vito Cazzorla started at a very young age to combine his studies with an experience on the job, helping is father from 1974 to 1983. Since then, as an entrepreneur he has gained a solid experience in the industry, getting several contracts for the construction of agroindustrial sites according to a "keys in hand" formula. And then, as 1989 operating as an individual trader, he started operating in the residential business with contracts in Polignano a mare, Monopoli and Conversano.

In 1996 the company significantly grew starting new projects and bringing them to life in the market.

Respectively, in 1998 and 2003, Ma.Flo. Immobiliare S.r.l. and Ediltec S.r.l. were founded to face new market needs. And in 2006 Costruzioni Cazzorla S.r.l. was born with the specific goal to operate in the industrial building industry.
In the near future the Group has plans to create two new divisions: a real estate management unit and a new business development unit.
